Get Started with Cortado

This guide will help you get up and running with Cortado quickly.

Step 1: Sign Up and Create Your Organization

Create your account

Sign up for Cortado using your email address. You’ll receive a confirmation email to verify your account.

Create your organization

After signing in, create your organization:
  • Enter your business name
  • Add your business details
  • Upload your logo (optional)

Complete your profile

Fill in important business information:
  • Business address and contact information
  • Service areas
  • Operating hours
  • Company logo and branding

Step 2: Set Up Integrations

Connect the services you use:
  • Stripe: Connect your Stripe account to accept payments
  • Gmail: Connect Gmail to sync emails and send messages
  • Google Calendar: Sync your calendar for availability management

Step 3: Create Your First Inquiry

Add a new inquiry

Click “Create New Inquiry” from the dashboard or leads pipeline.

Enter customer information

Add the customer’s name, email, phone, and company details.

Add event details

Specify the event:
  • Event type and date
  • Expected guest count
  • Location
  • Special requirements

Send your first quote

Create and send a quote:
  • Select service packages
  • Add any add-ons
  • Apply discounts if needed
  • Send to the customer
